Do you have ready-made gowns/sarees?

Yes, we do have ready-made gowns/sarees, also known as off the rack pieces. These pieces can be purchased from our store and the necessary changes will be made as per customer requirements (the modifications would take up to 4 days from the purchase of the gown/saree).

Do you take orders online?

Yes, we take online orders for those brides who cannot make it to our store. Measurements will be taken by video call, E-catalogue will be shown to the bride to select the desired fabrics and laces, Design illustrations will be shared. Do I need an appointment?

We will welcome you whenever you come, with or without an appointment. We recommend calling ahead and booking an appointment so that your timings don't clash with the other brides to be. You can schedule an appointment or by calling our boutique +91 6238931660

What will my appointment be like?

During your appointment, you will work with our designer the entire time! Our designer is dedicated to finding the dress that will make you look and feel your absolute best. If you have already have some ideas about your dream dress, feel free to bring along pictures, Pinterest ideas,… we can work with anything! And if you’re coming in blind and have no idea what you want yet, we can work with that, too. Be ready to leave with your dream gown!

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?

Bring the two or three people whose opinions you value most. When it comes to choosing a dress, more is not always merrier! You’ll want to bring guests who understand your true style, give supportive feedback, and will help you look your best. Hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming for even the most confident of brides, so keep the guest list short and sweet.

When should I start shopping for my dress?

We recommend having your wedding date and venue booked before you begin your search for a dress. It is important to have the date and location established so you can envision the wedding’s overall look, and know when your dress needs to be ready! Gowns typically for customization take minimum 6-8 weeks (depending upon the order rush at the store) , and alterations generally require nearly 1-2 weeks. Start shopping about 2 months in advance to ensure you have plenty of time to make up your mind without any stress! If your wedding is more than a year away, we recommend waiting a bit. After all, styles and tastes can change, and dresses can be discontinued. At Vintage Blossom, we want to make sure you start your search when you’re truly ready to say yes to the dress!

When I find my dress, what would be my deposit?

For ready-made pieces we require full payment in advance. For customized orders we require 75% of the total payment in advance.

How do I pay for my dress?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards and Google Pay. Dresses sold “off the rack” (ready-made) and all accessories must be paid for in full before the product leaves the store. *Shipping and Packaging charges will be applicable for orders which require Home Delivery.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or refunds for any reason; this includes the 75% deposit if a bride decides not to pursue the dress, wedding, and/or dissolve the contract.

What about Alterations?

Alterations are to be expected most of the time. We provide in-house alterations. Alterations are charged, depending on the sizing and work to be done on the dress, this includes, orders where more fabric/applique/embroidery etc.. needs to be done the alteration will be charged extra.

Do you loan out dresses for weddings, photo shoots or events?

Unfortunately, we do not loan out our precious gowns for any reason.
